for the cooking impaired: delicious AND nutritious!
For all the on-the-go’ers out there who love setting their alarms to snooze and then have to make a run for it, this breakfast takes about 5 minutes to make, and not much longer to eat!
SCRAMBLED EGGS AND TURKEY!
All you need is access to a stove, a wide shallow pan, 2 eggs, and some delicatessen turkey! (I recommend Boar’s Head!)
Set your stove to HIGH and spray the pan with some PAM or I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. Wait a minute til the stove is HOT, and crack your eggs! Scramble, scramble! Rip a few pieces of turkey and stir.
Make sure that your final product is FULLY COOKED! The turkey shouldn’t be too eggy – you’ll get sick!
Delicious AND nutritious because you’re getting your AM dose of protein… actually, this breakfast is JAM PACKED with protein, which is exactly the right way to start off your morning!
